Why Legacywell
What Makes a Difference When Someone Helps You Organise
The approach matters as much as the outcome. Here is what we bring to every engagement — and why it is different from trying to manage it alone.

Six Reasons Families Work with Legacywell
These are not marketing points — they are the practical reasons our clients tell us they were glad they called.
Personal Attention on Every Job
Our team is small. The person you speak to at the start is the person who does the work. There is no hand-off to a junior or a remote assistant.
Outputs Written in Plain Language
Every inventory and index we produce is written so that any family member can understand it — without needing to ask us what a label means.
We Come to You
All hands-on work happens in the household. Nothing leaves. You never have to pack up your documents and carry them somewhere.
Keepsake Items Treated With Care
We catalogue meaningful objects — not just paperwork. Photographs, heirlooms, and personal items receive the same careful attention as formal documents.
No Unnecessary Urgency
We work at whatever pace suits the family. Some prefer to move quickly; others need more time with certain items. We follow your lead.
Strict Scope Boundaries
We do not drift into legal, financial, or administrative advice. When those questions come up, we say clearly that they are outside our work and suggest where to look.
In More Detail
What Each Benefit Means in Practice
Expertise Built Through Household Experience
Our team has worked through the records of more than eighty Bangkok households since 2019. That means we have seen the full range — from neat, almost-organised systems that need a final index to rooms where decades of papers are in no order at all. We have developed a practical sense of what matters, what can wait, and what families consistently wish they had labelled earlier.
- Familiarity with Thai household document types and naming conventions
- Experience across family sizes, from single-occupant households to multi-generational homes
- Comfortable working alongside family members who are new to reviewing their records
A Clear, Repeatable Process for Every Engagement
Before anything is touched, we spend time with the family understanding what they have and what they hope to achieve. That conversation shapes the scope. From there, we work through a consistent process: sort, identify, label, index, review. At each stage, the family sees what is being done and can shape the outcome. Nothing is filed away without agreement.
- Scope confirmed in writing before the first session
- Family reviews and approves every label and category used
- Final index handed over in a format the family chooses (printed, digital, or both)
Steady, Unhurried Client Support
Clients can reach us by phone or email throughout an engagement with questions or to adjust the plan. For Comprehensive Records Companion clients, a check-in is included every quarter to see whether anything needs updating. We do not disappear after the first visit.
- Direct contact with the person doing the work, not a reception desk
- Ongoing support included in the Comprehensive Records Companion
- Flexible scheduling that fits around the household's calendar
Transparent Pricing, No Scope Creep
Each service has a fixed price agreed before the work begins. If circumstances change and the scope needs to expand, that is a separate conversation — not an unexpected invoice. Workshops are ฿3,700, Document & Inventory Organisation is ฿12,000, and the Comprehensive Records Companion is ฿34,000. All prices are confirmed in writing at the point of booking.
- Fixed prices agreed before any work begins
- No hidden charges for travel within Bangkok
- All materials included — labelling supplies, index folders, printed outputs
An Outcome Anyone in the Family Can Use
The work is not complete until the family can navigate the results independently. We do not produce systems that require our ongoing involvement to understand. The final index or inventory is designed to be self-explanatory — whether the person reading it is the client's adult child, their spouse, or a professional they eventually work with.
- Plain-language labels that need no interpretation
- Index structured around the questions families actually ask
- Handover session to walk through the completed system together

Distinctive Features
What Sets Legacywell Apart
The Keepsake Inventory Method
We developed a structured approach specifically for cataloguing meaningful items alongside formal records. Each item is noted with a short description, its location, and any context the family wants to record about its significance. This is not something general admin providers offer.
Workshops as a Starting Point
Families who are not sure where to begin can attend a workshop before committing to a hands-on service. This allows people to understand what the process involves before they open their cupboards to anyone.
No Documents Leave the Property
This is a firm principle, not an aspiration. We work with what is in front of us, where it lives. Families do not need to package anything up, and there is no transfer of sensitive papers to any external location or system.
Designed to Be Handed On
Every system we build is designed with the assumption that someone unfamiliar with it will need to use it one day. We write as if explaining to a thoughtful stranger — not to ourselves.
